Camp Howard M. Wall is located on the southern shore of Saint Croix in the US Virgin Islands. Owned and operated by the National Capital Area Council, BSA, this stunning property is open for year round camping and many activities are available for groups of all sizes. From Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, 21 minutes (11.6 miles)
Head east on Rt. 64 (1.2 miles).
Turn RIGHT onto Melvin H. Evans Hwy/Rt. 66 (3 miles).
Turn RIGHT onto Hess Rd (0.6 miles).
Turn LEFT onto Rt. 68 (0.6 miles).
Continue straight (0.3 miles).
Turn RIGHT onto Southside Rd/Rt. 62. (5.6 miles).
Turn RIGHT (.2 miles).
Destination will be on the LEFT.

NCAC Camp properties are available for rental by BSA as well as other organized youth groups. Priority will be given to Scouting groups.
Check-in is 2:00pm on your first day. All groups/organizations must check in at the office upon arrival with the Camp Ranger on duty. The event or unit leader is responsible for checking in all campers or participants, and will submit a roster of camp participants upon arrival.
Check-out is 11:00am on your last day. After 11:00am an additional daily fee will be assessed. The Camp Ranger will inspect the facility before you check out. It is the group’s responsibility to check-out with the designated representative prior to departure to avoid billing for damages or cleaning.
Up to 30 Days prior – all fees less 15%.
Within 30 Days – no refunds will be given.
You are expected to leave the camp property and facilities in as good or better shape than you found it. Cleaning materials are provided.
All trash is to be tied up in garbage bags and deposited in the dumpster.
