Camp Long Lake - Center for Scouting - Upper Level

CFS Upper - offers a large open space for sleeping, dining and activity space along with a full kitchen. There are also 2 private rooms that sleep 3 each. There are 2 full bathrooms with showers and 1 half bath, all are handicap accessible. Outdoor deck space with picnic tables. Parking for this building is in front of the lower office on the gravel area only.

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS:

  1. RENTAL AGREEMENT
    • WI DPI Oral Medication Administration video (20 min with certificate)

      • CERTIFICATION 

      • Non- School District / “BSA Troop # - City, State

    • Current/Certified CPR/AED Training

    • Current First Aid Training

    • RENTAL AGREEMENT

  2. ATTENDANCE TRACKING ROSTER
  3. MEDICATION TREATMENT LOG
  4. CAMP POLICIES
  5. BSA ANNUAL HEALTH & MEDICAL RECORDS (AB)

All cancelations requests must be submitted as a written refund request to the Council Program Director at least 10 working days before the start of the event. The Potawatomi Area Council Camping Committee will review each situation, as is received, and will try to be as fair as possible as camper registrations are traditionally NON-REFUNDABLE.
