Chip's Cabin is located towards the lower part of the camp near the brook on the main camp road. It has limited outside parking and is an approximate 4 minute walk from the main parking lot. It features electricity, lighting, and wall-mounted gas heat. The kitchen has a gas stove, sink, and refrigerator. Handicap accessible inside the bathroom. Chip's Cabin sleeps 4 adults in two small bedrooms. Sleeping is not permitted in the Main Room as it is set up as a Meeting or Dining space. The center of the lodge has a seating or meeting capacity of 30. A BBQ pit is located just outside, with a year-round Frost-free faucet behind the building. The front porch has two picnic tables—an ideal room for meetings and training events. A wall-mounted TV is available. Often, Units will Rent Cornell Lodge & Chips together with Sleeping in Cornell and Meeting/Eating in Chips.
