The Yantic Cottage is located just across from the Santor Lodge and just up the road from the Health Lodge. It is a median size cottage that sleeps 7 in three sleeping areas with a small common area. It has electricity and gas heat. Limited parking is nearby. There are 2 outside BBQ grills nearby for cooking. It can be used in conjunction with the Santor Lodge and can accommodate an over flow from that building. A latrine is located nearby. There are 3 seasonal showers and 3 seasonal bathroom attached to the nearby Santor Lodge. Nearest year round frost free water source is located at the Greer Dining Hall. It is a 4 minute walk to the dining hall and a 5 minute walk to the main parking lot.

60 day notice will be a full refund
30 day notice will be a 75% refund
7-15 day notice will be a 50% refund
0-6 day notice will have no refund
