Facility Use Policy Back to Top

Due to COVID the maximum capacity for this facility is 250 people.  Everyone entering the facility must follow the current council COVID protocols.

Dining hall rental does NOT include the use of the kitchen.  Use of camp kitchens requires a council approved food service manager be present. The food service manager requirement is from the state department of health.   

The dining hall must be cleaned and disinfected after use and inspected by the ranger.

Failure to clean and disinfect the dining call could result in a cleaning fee of up to $250.

Please check-in with the campmaster or ranger upon arrival.  If your group is utilizing program facilities, please provide the appropriate credentials at that time,

Check Out Procedure Back to Top

Please check-out with the campmaster or ranger before leaving.  Any damage to the facilities or extra required cleaning will be billed to your group.

The Greater Tampa Bay Area Council does NOT offer refunds on camping reservations.

In the event we issue a credit, that credit is valid for future camp reservations.
