when renting the dining hall it is expected that at the conclusion of rental all kitchen equipment will be cleaned and ready for use. All cookware is washed , dryed and put away. all floors are swept and moped. All serfaces are cleaned and sanatary. Failure to do so will result in cleaning fee being assessed and future use of facility to be suspended.

Prior to arrival send in Roster form with all who will attend . Once you arrive at camp Check in with Camp Commishioner on Duty and get instructions for the weekend. IF you have any addtional people coming in make sure the staff is aware.

Failure to do so may result in additional charges, which must be paid within 30 days of the use date. Your group will be charged for damage to facilities.. Please be sure all Garbage is removed and taken with you as you depart.
