Must Have sailing instructor present during usage , all Scouting America policies for safe swim defense and safety afloat apply. Must have list of participant skill level for water activites , non swimmer , beginier or swimmer Present during event. Boats and PFD"s are to be returned to the buiilding cleaned and put away properly. PFD's are to be hung on hangers and boats are to be covered and sails properly dried and put away. Failure to properly put away boats and gear will result in cleaning fee being assesed to unit and future rentals not being allowed.

Prior to arrival send in Roster form with all who will attend . Once you arrive at camp Check in with Camp Commishioner on Duty and get instructions for the weekend. IF you have any addtional people coming in make sure the staff is aware.

All units / groups / visitors are responsible for leaving all equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, which must be paid within 30 days of the use date. Your group will be charged for damage to facilities.. Please be sure all Garbage is removed and taken with you as you depart.
