This rental covers the dining area only. you will have no access to kitchen or any of the supplies other than mop and brooms. It is expecetd that when rental is complete that all benches are placed on top of tables and area is throughly swept and moped. Falure to leave it clean and tidy will result in cleaning fee being assesed and future use to be suspended.

Prior to arrival send in Roster form with all who will attend . Once you arrive at camp Check in with Camp Commishioner on Duty and get instructions for the weekend. IF you have any addtional people coming in make sure the staff is aware.

All units / groups / visitors are responsible for leaving all equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition. Failure to do so may result in additional charges, which must be paid within 30 days of the use date. Your group will be charged for damage to facilities.. Please be sure all Garbage is removed and taken with you as you depart.
