Welcome to Scouting America Long Island's Camp and Facility Rental System!

Camping is an integral part of the Scouting program. In the outdoors, kids have opportunities to acquire skills that make them more self-reliant. They can explore, canoe, hike trails, and complete challenges they first thought were beyond their ability. Attributes of good character become a part of a young person as they learn to cooperate to meet the challenges they may face in the great outdoors.
Scouting America Long Island operates three exceptional camping facilities, each offering unique adventures for Scouts and leaders alike. These outdoor programs encourage self-reliance, self-confidence, and leadership, as well as enchance the four Aims of Scouting: Character, Citizenship, Personal Fitness, and Leadership.
Each of Scouting America Long Island's camps has something special to offer your group. Start by clicking the SALI Camps menu to see what is available for your outdoor adventure.
Scouts: All Cub Scout Packs, Scouts BSA Troops, Venturing Crews, Sea Scout Ships, and Exploring Clubs/Posts can utilize the camps for hiking, camping, fishing, and a variety of other activities.
Non-Scouts: Non-Scout groups (i.e. groups not representing registered individuals in Scouting America) may want to consider utilizing our camps for their next retreat or camping adventure. Several types of indoor facilities are available as well as rustic campsites.
