The facility is a full service commercial kitchen with all appliances necessary for a full banquet or summer camp attendees. Typical products needed to assist in cooking and cleanup are included in the reservation.  All equipment is to be thoroughly cleaned and returned to "like new" condition upon departure.  Floors are to be scrubbed to a sanitary condition.  Contact the Ranger prior to reserving this facility if you have any questions.

$200 cleaning fee applies if the facility is not left in satisfactory condition.
