Campsites are divided into an "A" side and "B" side, usually separated by a bathhouse that is private for each campsite. Tent platforms used for summer camp may be used for year round camping as well, if the tent can fit underneath the permanent tent frame. Each side of the campsite has (1) permanent fire ring, shelter and picnic tables.
Units reserving the campsite are expected to leave it in better condition than they found it. They can do this by:
- Picking up all trash and food scraps and taking them with you.
- Cleaning out the fire ring and restacking any firewood that may have been partially used.
- Clean the bathhouse thoroughly, including all sinks and wash areas.
Shelters in the campsite are for group meetings and for eating meals. Please do not cook under the shelters as grease will stain the tables and floor. Please do not hang hammocks or sleep in the shelters.
