Minsi Trails Council Units can reserve these items to use at recruitment events.
Items must be picked up by 5PM the night you need them and returned by noon the following day, unless loaned out over the weekend then they must be returned by noon on Monday.
Item's must be picked up by 5:00PM the night you need them and returned by 12:00noon the next day. If you need them for a weekend then you must pick up by Friday 5PM and return on Monday by 12:00 Noon.

Please notify us of any changes immediately. Full refunds will only be granted if the unit notifies the Council office 30 days before the first day of your arrival in writing. All correspondence should be emailed to Director of Support Services Brian Dungan.
If less than 30 days notice is given, a refund will not be granted.
Full refunds will be given if Minsi Trails Council cancels a reservation due to special circumstances (acts of nature, emergency situations, etc.)
