The Kitchen is attached to the Dining Hall. It is rented seperately. This large kitchen area includes a walk in freezer, walk in refrigerator, dry goods storage area, commercial dishwasher system, three sink pot cleaning station, large prep area, two warmer/humidifers, plates, cups, tableware, serving ware, and an outdoor grill. Note: This is a SC state permitted and inspected kitchen - at least one person must be ServSafe Food Safety Manager certified to use the kitchen. There is one toilet for kitchen use only.

A checklist will be provided at check-in by either the Ranger or Camp Master. Please make sure to double check all items on the list and do a walk-through prior to departure. Trash should be placed in the dumpsters behind the Dining Hall. All areas need to be left as clean or cleaner than they were found. Remember to LEAVE NO TRACE.
