Florence Office - Indian Waters Council

This office building, primarily housing the Indian Waters Council BSA Florence Office, also has small suites for outside rental.  There are two conference rooms, one small and one large, that can be reserved for use.  You must arrange with a staff member for access if you will be in the building after normal business hours of 0830 to 1700.  Call the Office Manager for help.

Directions to Camp

The property is at 702 S Coit St Florence SC.  There is an entrance and an exit driveway off S. Coit St.  Parking is behind the buidling.  The main entrance is off the parking area.  The large conference room is centrally located off the center hallway.  The small conference room is located at the end of the center hallway.

Please be mindful of other users of the building.  Keep things neat and clean and restore the conference room to normal.

Setup and breakdown are the responsibility of the facility user.  Trash must be removed to the cans outside and leftover prepared food must be removed.  No overnight events are permitted at the office.  No alcohol is permitted at the office.  Nothing may be attached to the walls unless you are using blue painter's tape.

Cancellation Policy Back to Top
Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance a group can transfer building/site fees paid toward another date within one (1) year. Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance will result in loss of building/site fees paid.
Cleaning Policy Back to Top

A checklist will be provided at check-in by either the Ranger or Camp Master. Please make sure to double check all items on the list and do a walk-through prior to departure. Trash should be placed in the dumpsters behind the Dining Hall. All areas need to be left as clean or cleaner than they were found. Remember to LEAVE NO TRACE.
