Reservations for campsites and buildings will be based on listed capacity. If your group is larger than the capacity of the building or campsite, you will need to rent more facilities to meet your groups needs.

Rentals during the months of July & August need special permission from the Council Program Director or Council Ranger.

Inquire about renting equipment such as canoes, kayaks, row boats, snow shoes & skis.

A $50 cleaning fee will be charged if buildings or campsites are not left in clean condition. Remember a Scout leaves a place cleaner than they found it.

Refunds will be given in full if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the event. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of the event a 25% refund is made. Any cancellations made after 14 days will result in no refunds given.

**Pine Tree Council reserves the right to cancel resevations at any time. If this happens, a full refund will be issued.**
