Trash Disposal: This is a Leave No Trace facility. All trash must be carried out. Each unit is responsible for their own trash and trash bags.
Smoke and Drug Free Camp: Halgas Scout Reservation is a smoke and drug free camp and this is strictly enforced. Units found in violation of this policy will be asked to leave camp.

Cancellation Policy
When making a reservation, payment is expected at the time of booking.
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be submitted at least 30 days before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made 14 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in.
